The South Bank Parklands Regional Flavor Food Fair has expectation of approximately 85,000 people to attend this two-day grand event. Hence, to welcome this huge crowd, the event organizers have 50 + presentation, 40+ live musical performance and multiple interactive workshops for this grand affair (Steen, 2016). Activities The cooking demonstrations will be held from 10 am to 5pm which will include- Masterchef contestants like Hayden Quinn, Adam Liaw, etc - Between 10 am and 11am Presentations from great restaurants head chefs 11am to 12 noon The visitors can participate in discussions and questionnaire 3pm to 4pm At the Curious Tent, the visitors can learn some great recipes which will continue from 10am to 5pm. This tent can accommodate approximately 250 visitors at a time. The visitors can visit the website and learn about the recipes to be demonstrated and the timings for the same. The Children Imaginarium is expected to be the most bustling and engaging center as it will cater to all the needs of children.
